History
Jerome Stein has been practicing law since 1984 throughout North Texas, focusing on all areas of family law. He also has significant experience in real estate law. Stein evaluates each case carefully, and crafts a strategy based on each particular clients situation, goals and needs. Some cases need to be heard by a judge, and Stein has the Courtroom expertise and savvy that yields results.Stein cultivates and maintains good relationships with Courts, who know that he will always be forthright with them. Often cases are best settled through alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation. Stein is also trained in collaborative law, and will encourage collaborative resolution when that is what is called for. He believes strongly that every man and woman, and each child has unique needs and goals, and that by only clearly understanding and listening to clients can those needs be served.
Stein understands that people are not made in molds, and that every situation may require a different approach. He will listen to you, work with you, and help you in finding the right method by which to resolve your case. Along with his associate Nathan Viles, Legal Assistant Tonya Shanz, and his entire team, Stein will help you through your case with expertise, intelligence and compassion.
